The Growth Pain exists because of a gap. We celebrate the breakthrough, the promotion, the funding round, the transformation — and we skip the years that made them possible. The uncertainty. The sacrifice. The quiet nights of wondering whether any of it was worth it.
This letter is the honest version. Every Sunday you will receive one story from someone in the middle of becoming, one lesson worth carrying into your week, and one question worth sitting with.
